Project management

The project management definition based on the PMBOK standard that is used as a project management reference in many organizations and projects around the world is as follows: "Project management employs knowledge, skills, tools and technology in project activities and enacts them." The project is through the application of project management processes. "

This standard introduces 49 processes for project management that are sufficient to manage any type of project. Project management processes are divided into five groups: start, plan, execute, supervise and control and end processes according to their conceptual sequence. The standard also divides processes into ten different categories based on their areas of knowledge, respectively. By integrating project management literature, this standard seeks to achieve optimal results through project management integration.
